Who We Are
ExceloWeb Solution LLC ("ExceloWeb," "we," "us") is a digital marketing agency based in Parker, Colorado. We build websites, lead-generation systems, and marketing automation for our own brands and for our business clients. This policy covers exceloweb.com and the lead-capture forms and messaging systems ExceloWeb operates on behalf of its clients.
Information We Collect
When you submit a form on exceloweb.com or on a website operated by ExceloWeb on behalf of a client, we collect the information you provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, and details about your project or request. We also collect standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and analytics.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, to connect you with the business whose services you asked about, and to send you related service and appointment communications. We do not sell your personal information.
SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number and consent to receive text messages, ExceloWeb Solution LLC may send you SMS messages related to your inquiry, such as confirmations, follow-ups on your request, and appointment or estimate coordination on behalf of the business you contacted.

Sharing
We share the information you submit only with: (1) the specific business whose services you requested, so they can respond to you; and (2) service providers who operate our infrastructure (such as hosting and telecommunications carriers) solely to deliver the services described here.
Data Retention & Security
We retain lead and contact information for as long as needed to serve your request and meet legal obligations, and we protect it with access controls and encryption in transit.
Accounting Practice OS
ExceloWeb Solution LLC operates Accounting Practice OS, a practice-management application served at practice.exceloweb.com. This section describes how that application handles sign-in and client data, and applies in addition to the sections above.
Signing in. Account sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider, which creates and manages your login credentials and your session on our behalf. Signing in with Google is optional — you may instead create an account with an email address and password.
What we receive from Google. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive only your name, your email address, and your Google profile image. We do not access, request, or store any other data from your Google Account, including Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar entries.
Client data you enter. Accounting Practice OS stores the practice and client information you enter into it, which may include client and business names, contact details, engagement and task records, notes, files you upload, and billing status. That data belongs to your practice. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Retention. We keep your account and practice data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we delete or irreversibly anonymize it within 90 days, except where a longer period is required to meet a legal or tax obligation.
Deleting your data. You may request deletion of your account and its associated practice data at any time by emailing [email protected] from the address on your account. We confirm receipt and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. Revoking ExceloWeb's access in your Google Account security settings stops future Google sign-in, but does not by itself delete data already stored — email us to request that.
